Refund Policy

In general, firstpodcasts.com does not offer refunds except under extraordinary circumstances. We highly recommend you contact us if you feel like the production services provided to you did not meet your needs so that we can discuss any discrepancy and possible resolution.

If you feel a refund is the only acceptable recourse, please fill out the below form within 30 days of delivery of your services. Any request for a refund past that date will be denied without further consideration.

If we agree to refund your payment, you must agree to destroy all digital copies of the package delivered to you and not use it in any form, either private or public. All audio rights attached to the package will be returned to firstpodcasts.com ownership. The text copyright remains with you.
